A recruiter fills the role you already defined. We start one step earlier, with the outcome. We help decide what mix of permanent, embedded, fractional and AI talent the work needs, then provide it.

People who already work with AI agents and tools as part of their craft, plus the agentic workflows themselves where they make sense: research, drafting, analysis, QA, engineering support. The aim is a small team with the output of a much larger one.

Work where deep expertise matters: AI and technology, product and creative, life sciences, healthcare, growth and operations. Typical starting points include a product launch, a clinical or market expansion, an AI transformation, a brand overhaul or a regulatory program.

Send a short brief. We'll set up a scoping call, then come back with a proposed team: who, in what mix, for how long, and on what terms.

It depends on the roles. Embedded specialists and fractional leaders can usually start faster than a permanent search, which takes longer by nature. Your proposal will include a realistic start date.

It follows the engagement. Search is a placement fee. Embedded and Fractional are billed for the time committed. Teams are scoped to an outcome. You'll get specific numbers in the proposal, before anything starts.

Yes. Converting someone to a permanent role is a normal outcome. We'll agree the terms for that up front so there are no surprises.
